Sociological research and study of human capital is becoming increasingly important in modern social research. This article examines the sociological genesis of the concept of human capital in ethnoscial processes, firstly, the observation of its innovative development as a social phenomenon, and secondly, the problem of human capital as a socio-cultural phenomenon.
