Shereshevsky-Turner syndrome is a chromosomal disorder resulting from the complete or partial loss of one of the X chromosomes in phenotypically females. Clinical features depend on the karyotype and usually include short stature, hypergonadotropic hypogonadism due to ovarian dysgenesis, heart defects, and neurocognitive impairment.
