The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of surgical treatment methods for deep burns of the hand and lower extremities, conducted at the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care. The methods of early necrolytic debridement, enzyme and metal complex therapy, and skin grafting were used. A comparative analysis of 96 cases showed that the integration of modern protocols improves long-term functional and aesthetic outcomes, reduces the length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications.
