Annotatsiya

Liver echinococcosis is a parasitic disease caused by Echinococcus granulosus and Echinococcus multilocularis, posing a significant burden on public health in endemic regions. This study examines modern diagnostic methods, including ultrasonography, MSCT, MRI, and serological testing to detect liver cysts. He also evaluates multimodal treatment strategies such as albendazole medication therapy, percutaneous methods (PAIR), and surgical approaches, emphasizing their effectiveness and safety. A comparative clinical analysis of 145 patients showed the advantages of a step-specific treatment algorithm in reducing complications and relapses. The obtained results contribute to the optimization of treatment strategies for liver echinococcosis based on factual data.
