The article investigates the effects of soil-biohumus substrates on the valuable economic traits and yield productivity of the “Iskandar” and “Sadaf” rice varieties. According to the findings, a mixture of 50% soil + 50% biohumus was determined to be the most optimal variant, increasing the number of filled grains per panicle compared to the control (100% soil) from 85.0 to 112,2 for the Iskandar variety (increased by 27,2 grains) and from 85,0 to 115,1 for the Sadaf variety (increased by 30,1 grains). Regarding the 1000-grain weight, it increased from the control values of 32,0-32,3 grams to 34,1-34,4 grams, and it was determined that the yield reached 77,6 c/ha for the Iskandar variety (66,7 c/ha in control) and 78,5 c/ha for the Sadaf variety (67,1 c/ha in control) of grain yield.
