The influence of sowing dates (September 20, October 5, October 20, and November 5) and seeding rates (4.5 and 5.5 million viable seeds per hectare) on the performance of the early-maturing winter wheat varieties Ultra, Asr Chilgisi, and Grat was studied. The results showed that the highest grain yield was obtained when sowing was carried out on the second date (October 5) at a seeding rate of 5.5 million viable seeds per hectare. Under these conditions, the variety Asr Chilgisi produced the maximum grain yield of 82.5 c/ha, exceeding the yield of the Ultra variety by 7.2 c/ha and that of the Grat variety by 2.0 c/ha.
