This article presents the results of the inheritance of certain traits that ensure fiber quality in reciprocal F1 hybrid combinations obtained with the participation of the Chinese cotton variety “Xin Lu Zаo-78” and local varieties “Baraka” and “Malika.” According to the results, in the inheritance of fiber microneur in 3 hybrid combinations, intermediate inheritance was noted, in 1 - dominance of the parental form with a high indicator, in 2 hybrids - positive heterosis, in 1 - dominance of the parental form with a high indicator, and in 1 - intermediate inheritance. In the inheritance of high average fiber length, positive heterosis was established in 3 hybrids and negative heterosis in 1, fiber adhesion coefficient in 2 hybrids - positive heterosis, in 1 - complete dominance of the parent form with a high indicator, and in 1 - intermediate inheritance.
