Ushbu maqolada Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasidagi uy-muzeylarning shakllanish tarixi va hozirgi holati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Uy-muzeylar taniqli davlat arboblari, yozuvchilar, shifokorlar, ijrochilar va xalq hunarmandlarining xonadonlarida tashkil etilgan memorial muassasalarning o‘ziga xos toifasi sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Hukumat qarorlari, muzeyshunoslikka oid adabiyotlar va davriy matbuot materiallari asosida tadqiqotda mintaqada tashkil etilgan sakkizta uy-muzeyning shakllanish jarayoni ilk bor umumlashtirilgan holda yoritilgan — Qasim Awezov memorial-ekspozitsiya muzeyidan (1979) xalq hunarmandi Azamat Turekeev uy-muzeyigacha (2020-yillar). Tadqiqot natijalari Qoraqalpog‘istondagi uy-muzeylar tarixiy xotirani saqlash, yoshlarni vatanparvarlik ruhida tarbiyalash va etnomadaniy turizmni rivojlantirish vazifalarini bajarishini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, ular institutsional barqarorlik, muzeylar tarmog‘iga yetarlicha integratsiyalashmaganlik va marketing targ‘ibotining sustligi kabi muammolarga duch kelmoqda. Maqolada mintaqadagi uy-muzeylar tarmog‘ini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar taklif etilgan.
