The elemental composition of the leaves of eriobotrya japonica grown in the Fergana Valley was studied by the ISP-ECO method, amygdalin from glycosides, water-soluble vitamins and flavonoids by HPLC. As a result, it was found that the leaves of eriobotrya Japonica contain more macronutrients of potassium and calcium, iron, manganese, trace elements for the soul, contain 140.5 mg/100 g of amygdalin, contain more vitamins B1, B6, C and rutin from flavonoids.
