The article defines macro-microelements in the leaves of the plants milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.) and artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) and presents the results of their studies. Artichoke and milk thistle plants have a unique taste, rich in various useful substances, vitamins, macro-and microelements. When using food additives prepared on their basis, there is a partial replacement of macro-microelements in the human body.
