In this article, the analysis of the literature on the chemical analysis of watermelon and the methodology and quantities of determination of macro and microelements in the seeds of the "Shirin" variety of watermelon grown in Uzbekistan by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method (ICP-MS) are given. Experiments conducted on macro and microelements in the chemical composition of watermelon were analyzed and compared from the literature.
