This article provides general information about pumpkin, information about types, varieties, distribution and healing properties of pumpkin. The methods and quantities of determination of macro and microelements in the seeds of pumpkin "Bahodir" by mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma method (ICP-MS) are presented. Experiments on macro and microelements in the chemical composition of pumpkin were analyzed and compared from the literature.
