The article examined melon seeds by checking the vitamins in their chemical composition through the High-performance liquid chromotography method (HPLC). According to the results obtained, it was found that the melon seed contains B4-63mg, C-3.80 mg, B2-1.53 mg and more than 10 other vitamins, which are widely used in future folk medicine from melon seeds.
