In this article, the demand for plastic utensils in the world and in our country, as well as their production indicators, has been studied in detail. By studying the data on the large amount of harm caused by the consumption of plastic tableware, we proposed several different methods and technologies for the production of disposable biologically degradable (biodegradable) tableware based on plant waste. For this work, we offer bran of various cereal crops, more precisely wheat bran, which are separated during grain milling in the process of obtaining flour.
