Arthritis is a disease of one or more joints inflammation. The chemical composition of synthetic drugs used to treat this disease and their adverse effects on other human organs have been studied. The chemical composition of medicinal purslane was also studied and compared by the method of comparison with the chemical composition of synthetic drugs used in the treatment of arthritis. As a result, purslane has been proven to be medicinal in the treatment of arthritis. Conclusions are given on the production of a food supplement based on purslane.
