This article discusses obesity, its origin, its negative impact on the body, as well as the diseases it causes, their prevention, treatment, and the use of folk remedies in the treatment. One of the complications of obesity which is the formation of blood clots and the rational use of folk remedies in its treatment has been put forward in this article.
