The article analyzes the system of continuous education as one of the main means of developing a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, information is provided about the folk games played by children in the Fergana and Namangan regions, and their implementation in pedagogical practice, but it is noted that they are not included in the scientific literature and textbooks.
