The article analyzes social opportunities and mechanisms for overcoming the digital divide in modern society based on an inclusive approach. The author examines issues of reducing inequality in digital technology utilization among various population segments, particularly vulnerable and low-income groups. From a sociological perspective, inclusive digitalization is substantiated as a crucial factor for social integration and sustainable development. The study reveals the role of state programs, the education system, and social institutions in developing digital literacy. Conclusively, the paper presents practical recommendations and sociological insights aimed at mitigating the negative effects of social stratification and ensuring equal access to the digital environment.
