This article analyzes the systemic social determinants that shape the reproductive health and family planning culture of the population, specifically young people, through a sociological lens. Within the scope of the study, the concept of health expands beyond traditional biological approaches and is examined in connection with macro-, meso-, and microlevel external social environmental factors. Utilizing the statistical data of the Surxondaryo region from 2020 and 2024 as an empirical foundation in a comparative dynamic, the expansion of the regional ambulatory-policlinic network (a 59% growth) is evaluated as a criterion for geographical accessibility and institutional infrastructure. Furthermore, through the context of Pierre Bourdieu's cultural capital and Ulrich Beck's “Risk Society” theories, the article systematically breaks down the positive and negative drivers of educational levels and modern digital information environments, along with the specific impacts of gender stereotypes, cultural-religious norms, urbanization, and ecological conditions. Conclusively, practical and pedagogical recommendations are proposed, taking into account the medical insurance reforms implemented in 2026.
