This article analyzes the impact of education and family support on 18-30-year-old women living in the Surkhandarya region. The research is significant to identify opportunities for young women’s social mobility and career advancement through education in modern society. This research is implemented via empirical research, using the questionnaire method with the participation of 50 respondents. The outcomes indicate that education influences young women’s income and increases their job opportunities. According to the research results, family support is a crucial factor in continuing higher education, as it provides them with both financial and emotional stability. The study offers practical recommendations to strengthen the relationship between education and family support.
