All people of the world are not only witnesses of rapid changes in the multifaceted world, but also are direct participants in complex and continuous processes, such as the development and promotion of world culture, science and technology. It is very important to learn English, which is one of the leading languages in the world and today has become the second language of communication for 40 percent of the world's population.
