This article covers a wide range of methods of using AI technologies in the development of English-language oral speech for undergraduate students. Each basic AI technology and its corresponding teaching methodology are characterized from a scientific and methodological point of view, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and their role in the development of oral speech is reflected. A table showing the interrelationships of AI technologies and teaching methods is also provided based on common examples. The methodology for the development of oral speech skills of their students through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the educational process of the English language has been analyzed. With the help of artificial intelligence-based, ChatGPT, Google Translate, Chatbot and other advanced platforms, opportunities are revealed to teach students to express their thoughts fluently and correctly. Through interactive communication with AI, automatic analysis and an individual approach, ways to increase student motivation and strengthen interaction are also outlined. The results of the study confirm that artificial intelligence technologies have a positive effect on the development of English speech and provide the basis for further educational innovations. Also given are the advantages and disadvantages of each given platform.
