This article examines the benefits of incorporating didactic games and dramatic activities into the classroom as a foreign language (EFL) in English. It emphasizes that these interactive methods can improve language learning by developing activity, creativity, and cooperation among students. By participating in role-playing and dramatic exercises, students practice their language skills in context, which contributes to deeper understanding of the material. The article emphasizes the role of drama in reducing anxiety associated with speaking a foreign language, as readers often feel more comfortable when they enter the character’s inner world. This increase in confidence encourages risk in language use, which is necessary for effective acquisition.
