Article on "Relations of higher education institutions with foreign countries in the development of science" analyzes the importance of global cooperation and exchange programs in the higher education system of Uzbekistan. The article details such processes as international scientific cooperation, the study and qualification of students and teachers abroad, as well as the integration of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan into World educational and scientific systems. In addition, the achievements and difficulties faced through scientific cooperation with foreign countries are also highlighted.
