The article discusses the main principles of lesson planning which promote lesson efficiency. As a review article, some research papers and recent research articles by some scholars have been reviewed and basic findings have been included. Moreover, valuable recommendations and suggestions have been given on enhancing students’ engagement, participation and expression of learning outcomes.
