The article presents theoretical views on the use of feature films for teaching English. The methodology for using feature films for teaching English is revealed. The importance and principles of feature films in language teaching are also shown. Feature films can be used as an effective teaching tool in the process of learning English. This method develops not only vocabulary, but also cultural and social aspects of language learning. Feature films allow students to learn a language in a real-life context, that is, through natural communication, which is more interesting and motivating for students. Along with improving their listening, speech comprehension, and pronunciation through films, students learn about different accents, informality and formality levels, as well as different societies and cultures. More and more students are interested not only in learning new phrases, dialects, dialects, or dialects, but also in mastering the language. Nowadays, students are increasingly eager to learn new things and better understand the process of learning a new language. Therefore, the goal of the graduation project is to provide students with valuable and practical ways to increase their confidence in the process of learning English.
