В статье исследуются ключевые аспекты определения и сущности искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в контексте международной торговли. Проанализированы технологические и правовые подходы к определению ИИ, рассмотрены особенности его функционирования в сфере международных торговых отношений. Особое внимание уделено анализу современных тенденций развития ИИ-технологий и их влиянию на трансформацию международной торговли. На основе актуальных статистических данных и исследований международных организаций выявлены основные направления применения ИИ в торговых операциях, включая автоматизацию процессов, оптимизацию логистических цепочек и анализ рыночных данных. Рассмотрены правовые аспекты регулирования ИИ на международном и национальном уровнях, проанализированы существующие механизмы контроля и стандартизации. Исследованы экономические эффекты внедрения ИИ в международную торговлю, а также связанные с этим вызовы и возможности. Представлены перспективы дальнейшего развития ИИ-технологий в контексте глобальной торговли и рекомендации по их эффективному применению.
