Ushbu maqola maxsus matnlar tarjimasining nazariy tavsifini taqdim etadi, tarjimashunoslikda uning ahamiyatini va o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarini muhokama qiladi. Tarjima jarayonida ixtisoslashgan bilimlarning zarurligi, badiiy tarjimadan farqi va maxsus matnlarning muhimligi ko‘rsatilgan. Maqolada maxsus tarjima, fan, texnologiya, iqtisod kabi sohalardagi matnlar uchun chuqur bilim talab qilishi zarurligi, shuningdek, tarjimonlarning bu bilimlarni o‘zlashtirishlari va doimiy ravishda yangilab turishlari kerakligi ta’kidlanadi. Maxsus tarjimaning zamonaviy tadqiqotlarda o‘rni, uning adabiy bo‘lmagan muloqotdagi roli va professional muhitda axborot almashishni osonlashtirishi haqida ham so‘z yuritiladi. Xulosa qilib, maxsus tarjima tarjimashunoslikda muhim o‘rin tutadi va tilshunoslar uchun yangi imkoniyatlar yaratadi.
