Maqolada kasbiy kompetensiya muammosi tahlili keltirilgan va universitet talabalarining bo‘lajak ingliz tili o‘qituvchilari sifatida kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirish tuzilmasi yaratilgan. Chet tilini o‘qitishda nafaqat til yoki madaniyat ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish va takomillashtirish, balki bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirish, tashabbuskor shaxsni, jamoada ishlash va umrbod o‘qishga tayyorgarlik ko‘rish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish mumkin.
