The article presents a theoretical-conceptual analysis of the correlation between the psychological maturity of the individual and the phenomenon of synergy. Psychological maturity is interpreted as an integrative education that includes cognitive, emotional, social, and moral components that act as determinants of synergistic interaction. The key indicators of psychological maturity (self-awareness, empathy, reflexivity, responsibility) are substantiated, and their functional role in ensuring synergy is revealed. A theoretical model has been proposed that reflects the mechanism of transitioning from individual personality characteristics to synergistic effect under conditions of collaborative activity. A conclusion is drawn regarding the importance ofdeveloping psychological maturity as a resource for increasing the effectiveness of group interaction.
