This meta-analysis examines the relationship between perceived ethnic discrimination and psychological well-being among immigrants. A systematic review of quantitative studies was conducted, and effect sizes were analyzed using a random-effects model. The findings show a significant negative association between discrimination and mental health, with higher discrimination linked to greater psychological distress.
