This article examines the psychological differences in learning motivation between girls and boys. The paper analyzes intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors, achievement striving, self-confidence, subjective task value, and the influence of social expectations on motivational processes. It is substantiated that in specialized school settings girls and boys may differ in theirattitude toward learning, persistence, responsibility, and result orientation. The article argues that gender differences in learning motivation should not be interpreted as purely biological phenomena; rather, they should be understood as complex outcomes shaped by socialization, educational environment, teacher expectations, family influence, and individual psychological traits.
