Annotatsiya

This article provides information on the ethymology of legal terminology, on the development of the Anglo-Saxon legal family, along with the legal terminology of the English language. In the process of studying the system of legal terms and concepts in English, Russian and Uzbek languages, it is necessary to deal not only with the terms themselves, but also with various legal systems. Indigenous words in English have been known since Old English, accounting for less than half of the total vocabulary, with ancient Scandinavian Ireland and other languages also contributing to English legal terminology. It was noted that English legal terminology is a separate phenomenon that emerged at the intersection of cultures, languages and civilizations.
