This article analyzes the reforms implemented in the field of physical education and sports in Uzbekistan during the years of independence, with particular emphasis on the role of the Olympic movement in youth education. The impact of Olympic values on the spiritual development of individuals and their importance in promoting a healthy lifestyle are scientifically substantiated.
