This article analyzes the legal and procedural mechanisms for reviewing corruption-related reports. It examines the existing regulatory and legal framework governing the processes of receiving, registering, verifying such reports, and making decisions based on them. In addition, procedural ambiguities and subjective factors involved in assessing the reliability of reports are analyzed from a scientific perspective. Based on the findings, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of this process are developed.
