The article discusses the significance of na’t in Eastern written literature, the lexical and terminological meanings of the word na’t, as well as the genesis of the tradition of writing na't in literature. The purpose of the article is to reveal the practical significance of writing praise passages dedicated to our Prophet (PBUH) in Muslim literature. As a result, the meanings of the word “na’t”, its appearance in written literature, and the purpose of writing na’t are shown.
