The article analyzes the work “Conversations with Hadi Zarif” by the literary scholar Tura Mirzayev, treating it not merely as a memoir but as a significant methodological source. The ethical and aesthetic principles of “mentor-disciple” relationships and issues of national identity are explored from a scientific perspective. A comprehensive analysis of the most important professional terminology in the field is presented. The study highlights the spiritual, educational, and psychological significance of the memories of Hadi Zarif, evaluating the extent to which these values are manifested in the book.
