This article analyzes the cultural relations between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan during 1991–2021, focusing on their content and socio-political significance. Although political tensions at certain times negatively affected cultural cooperation, shared historical roots and cultural proximity ensured the continuity of relations. The article highlights the historical foundations of these processes, their positive impact on the lives of both nations, and their contribution to regional stability.
