This article analyzes the theoretical and linguodidactic foundations of using CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) technology in teaching English to Jurisprudence students. The study analyses the role of CLIL methodology in legal education, its significance in developing sociolinguistic competence, and the outcomes based on international practices. The findings suggest that CLIL enhances students’ abilities to acquire legal terminology in context, observe speech etiquette, and effectively engage in intercultural communication.
