The review presents the features of the clinical course of early neonatal adaptation of premature infants depending on the method of delivery of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. A more favorable course of neonatal adaptation of premature babies from mothers with preeclampsia extracted by caesarean section has been established. A decrease in the incidence of RDS syndrome, morbidity and mortality in premature infants extracted surgically with preeclampsia has been proven.
