This article highlights the significance of technical training in taekwondo, its core components, and effective approaches to developing athletes' technical skills. It emphasizes that technical training is not limited to mastering striking and defensive techniques, but also focuses on enhancing the athlete's overall movement coordination, quick decision-making ability, and the skill to apply techniques correctly and timely in competitive situations. Furthermore, the article outlines the theoretical and practical foundations of incorporating combat combination movements in the training process, specifically a set of exercises that integrate various forms of attack and defense, to improve technical preparation. These methods are valuable as they serve to enhance athletes' technical and tactical proficiency, refine their movement culture in combat conditions, and contribute to achieving high-level sports results.
