The article analyzes theoretical approaches and practical solutions in managing reputational risks, with a focus on crisis communication in Uzbekistan's fast food sector. It examines successful strategies of local and international brands adapted to the cultural and market context. Particular attention is paid to the principles of transparency, responsiveness, and multi-level communication, as well as the role of digital and traditional media channels in rebuilding audience trust. The study offers practical recommendations for enhancing the resilience of fast food brands to reputational threats.
