This article explores the importance of teaching grammar in context, focusing on how it enhances second language acquisition. Traditional grammar teaching methods often separate grammar from its real-life usage, leading to limited student retention and application. Teaching grammar in context integrates grammar instruction with authentic communication tasks, enabling students to understand how grammatical rules function in real-life situations. The article examines this approach's methodologies, challenges, and benefits, and provides evidence from case studies showing its effectiveness in improving language skills. Recommendations for implementing context-based grammar teaching in various educational settings are also discussed.
