This scientific article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of civil law relations emerging in the Republic of Uzbekistan under the conditions of the digital economy. In particular, issues related to electronic contracts, digital assets, e-commerce, and the protection of personal data are examined on the basis of national legislation and foreign experience. The article also analyzes problems in current legislation and develops scholarly proposals for their resolution.
