This study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of cultural changes on the evolution of language systems using the example of Russian and Uzbek languages. The paper examines the key mechanisms of linguistic transformation that occur under the influence of socio-cultural factors in the period of the XX-XXI centuries. Using comparative analysis of lexical, grammatical, and phonetic changes, the study identifies correlations between cultural shifts and linguistic innovations, demonstrating how historical events, technological advances, and globalization affect the development of language systems. The results indicate a significant relationship between cultural changes and linguistic evolution, manifested in loanwords, neologisms, and structural modifications of both languages.
