This article analyzes the constitutional and legal foundations of the cooperation between internal affairs bodies and the "mahalla seven" in ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens. It also illuminates the legal mechanisms of this partnership in protecting the inviolability of property, upholding the constitutional order, ensuring the rule of law, and guaranteeing the security of the individual, society, and the state. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations have been developed to enhance this cooperation.
