This article examines the works of Erkin Vohidov and analyzes the translation of his writings into Tajik. The great poet's oeuvre includes numerous lyrical poems that vividly express his moral and philosophical reflections. These poems are imbued with his feelings and thoughts on the poet's mission, humanity, social and natural environments, the multifaceted relationships between people, as well as his personal perceptions of real-world events and phenomena. Translators Loik Sherali and Saidali Ma'mur strived to adequately and equivalently reproduce these distinctive features of Vohidov's lyrical style in their Tajik translations.
