Annotatsiya

The article examines the development of Tajik-Uzbek literary ties in the second half of the 20th century, particularly the role of bilingual writers, translators, and poets in strengthening the cultural dialogue between the two nations. Based on original poetic texts, literal translations, and their comparative analysis, the article highlights the significance of artistic bilingualism in shaping a unified cultural space. Special attention is paid to the work of Abdusalam Dekhoti, his translation and interpretation of the works of Uzbek classics, the Shiru Shakar style, and the contributions of contemporary poets such as M. Shaikhzoda, E. Vohidov, A. Oripov, Zulfiya, Mirtemir and others. It is shown that mutual translations, shared cultural traditions, and creative meetings contributed to the formation of a sustainable interliterary dialogue, which received new development in the context of independence. The role of Alisher  Navoi's legacy in the development of bilingual artistic culture is clarified, and the genre features of ghazals, qasidas, and rubais are analyzed.
