The speech genre "wish" differs from other speech genres of the language system by the presence of its own speech purpose, compositional structure and style and is manifested in different styles of the language system. The interstylistic speech genre "wish" involves words and sentences related to a certain area, lexical-semantic and grammatical means and syntactic devices. The constitutive features of the stylistic features of the speech genre "wish" have not been studied. The absence of linguistic studies in the available sources devoted to the study of this speech genre indicates that this work is a new study. As in other speech genres, the text of the speech genre "wish" also has stylistic specificity. In the language system, this speech genre has various stylistic forms with lexical-grammatical and syntactic features. The article examines the specific stylistic features of the speech genre “wish” and discusses the features of its functional change depending on the speech situation.
