This article examines phraseological units in Uzbek, English, and Russian that reflect certain character traits of a person within a national and cultural context. It explores phraseological expressions in these languages that contain national symbols such as palov,osh (Uzbek), tea (English), and porridge (Russian). The linguistic and cultural value of these idiomatic expressions is described, emphasizing their ability to convey the history, customs, and traditions of the respective nations. Conclusions are drawn regarding the study of these expressions, which help to better understand the mentality of native speakers, enhance motivation, and contribute to a more conscious approach to language learning.
